The Midlands TeleCare website is a resource set up primarily for the members of the Tunstall TeleCare Service Partnership. It provides a readily accessible source of information and advice on all aspects of telecare - purchasing, installation and upgrading, repair and maintenance.
The primary role of Midlands TeleCare is monitoring the Partnership Service Agreement on behalf of members - thus ensuring that the Partnership continues to attract the most advantageous benefits and terms available directly from the equipment manufacturer, Tunstall Healthcare.
Additionally, members have the facility to utilise Midlands TeleCare as a single point of contact for all telecare-related queries - telephone, email or complete the Enquiries form for a guaranteed reply within 48 working hours.
